The Difference

You're not hiring a coach. You're hiring the person who sat on the other side of the C-suite table.

Most providers staff career coaches. This is built by a former search-firm Managing Partner.

01

I built the lists

Senior roles come off curated lists — drawn up by search firms and decision-makers, not job ads. I spent years building them.

02

I know the file

Every search firm keeps a dossier on you. I know what it records — and how to manage what's in it.

03

I score the first call

To a search partner, the first call is the interview. I ran them — now I prepare you to be passed forward, not filed.

Who You're Working With

The person on the other side of the table.

Pierre-Jean Françon
Founder, Talent Reboot Pro · fifteen years in executive search

I spent fifteen years in executive search, running retained mandates for retail, luxury and consumer businesses. My job was to decide which executives reached the shortlist and which ones didn't — and then to sit in the room while clients chose between them.

That is a specific kind of knowledge. Not what a strong CV looks like in theory, but what makes a search partner pick up the phone, what gets written in a candidate file, and where in a process a credible leader quietly loses a seat they should have won.

I now run that experience in reverse, for one executive at a time. Every session is delivered by me — there is no associate, no junior coach, no handover.

How the Engagement Runs

From positioned to placed.

Senior roles are won well before the brief is written. The runway gets you known first, then in the room, then to terms.

Phase One · Distinctive

Positioned so the right opportunities find you

  • Search-firm dossier built
  • Executive CV & LinkedIn
  • Competency & story bank
  • Active in weeks, not months
Phase Two · Connected

Access to the decision-makers

  • Decision-makers mapped and scored
  • The right twenty relationships, prioritised
  • Search-firm dossiers maintained
  • Worked in parallel — they compound
Phase Three · Influential

How you perform when it counts

  • HR interview drills, scored
  • Executive panel drills, scored
  • Equity & package negotiation
  • Through to a signed offer

You don't apply for these roles. You become someone roles are brought to.

How We Differ

Two transition models.

The market splits two ways. Pick by the outcome you need, not the brochure on offer.

Traditional Career Coaching
  • Coach trained, not search trained
  • Generic frameworks across all sectors
  • CV templates and LinkedIn touch-ups
  • Reflective sessions, weekly cadence
  • Success = self-reported activity
Executive Transitions™ · Bespoke
  • Built by a former search-firm Partner
  • Search-side sourcing strategy
  • Live interview simulations, scored
  • One executive, end to end
  • Success = the next seat
Fit

Is this you?

I work with a narrow band of leaders. Read these before you enrol — if three of the four don't describe you, this isn't the right programme.

Seniority

You are a VP, GM, MD or C-suite leader — or one clear step below and ready to make that step. You carry P&L, a region, or a function at group level.

Situation

You are in transition, or sitting and restless. Either you've exited, or you're performing well in a seat that has stopped growing and you want the next one on your terms.

Market

Your next seat is in Asia, the Middle East, or a global role run from here. Retail, luxury and consumer are where my network is deepest.

Readiness

You will do the work. Twelve weeks, alongside a demanding job — drills, rewrites, outreach. I bring the method; the reps are yours.

This isn't for

Early or mid-career professionals, anyone wanting a CV rewrite in isolation, or leaders who want the search run for them. I don't place you — I make you the executive who gets placed.

The Engagement

What's included.

The Mandate — Getting Sourced

  • Executive competencies extracted, framed in C-suite language
  • A fully rebuilt CV — positioned as a C-suite asset
  • Your LinkedIn — reconstructed to attract the right inbound
  • A scored network map — the right twenty relationships, activated

The Room — Winning the Seat

  • Three live, high-pressure interview simulations
  • Scored debrief reports — what to fix, specifically
  • "Why now" and executive narrative, rehearsed
  • Equity & C-suite package negotiation — to signed terms

The Return

This isn't a cost. It's recovered in the package you sign next.

At C-suite level, the gap between a move you negotiate and a move you accept is not a rounding error. It is base, bonus and equity — reset for every year you hold the seat.

Most clients recoup the fee in their first signed package. The rest of the uplift is theirs to keep, and it compounds into every offer that follows.

Base Bonus Equity A negotiated move resets all three.

How This Practice Runs

Selective by design.

The lines that keep the work senior.

  • No more than 5 new clients per month — to protect the quality of every engagement.
  • No engagement without a calibration call.
  • No warm introductions — method and map, not a rolodex.
  • No splitting the programme into smaller pieces.
  • No tire-kickers — only candidates ready to act.
  • No compromise on ethical conduct.
Discretion

Most of my clients are still in the seat.

Looking, when you're employed, carries risk. Here is exactly how that risk is managed.

Your employer never hears it from me

No approach to your current company, no conversation with anyone inside it, no reference taken without your written go-ahead. Nothing moves without you knowing first.

Your LinkedIn stays quiet

We rebuild the profile with activity broadcast switched off, so your network isn't alerted to the changes. No "open to work" banner — the inbound we want comes from search partners, not from signalling.

Sessions on your terms

Evenings, early mornings, weekends across time zones. Nothing is recorded without your agreement, and nothing is shared with anyone.

Your file stays yours

Your dossier, CV and target map belong to you. I never circulate your details to a search firm or a client company — this is preparation, not placement.

The Promise

Fit Guarantee

After our first session together, if you don't feel this is the right fit, you don't continue — and I refund you 100%.

No risk in finding out.

Your downside is one session of your time. Your upside is a package you hold for years.
